Non-personalised products

Non-personalised products may be returned for a full refund.  You must contact us within 7 days of purchase.  The goods must be unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging within 30 days. The customer pays the return postage. Upon our receipt and inspection of the goods, we will then refund your purchase in full, including the original P&P.  It will help our customer service if you could please indicate your reasons for return.


Personalised products

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for personalised items.  This includes items that have been engraved incorrectly due to the personalised text provided by the customer, so please take extra care to ensure your text is written exactly as you require.


Damage in Transit

If your product arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photograph.
