Delivery costs

Standard shipping to the UK is £4.99 or free on orders over £50.

A FedEx delivery option is available at an additional £11.99. FedEx Delivery is for UK delivery only.

 

Shipping to Europe - £19.99

Shipping Internationally - £29.99

 

Delivery Timescales

Our products are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier and are typically dispatched within 7 - 10 working days. Please note that all products are made to order, so turnaround times can vary, but you will receive an email when your order is complete and shipped.

Damages in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photograph.

EU Delivery Information

We ship orders to countries within the European Union.

EU delivery is charged at £19.99, or is free on orders over £200.

All items are made to order and are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been completed and shipped.

Import VAT, Duties and Carrier Fees

Orders shipped from the UK to the EU may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees when they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or delivery charges and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lasers Are Us does not currently collect EU VAT at checkout and does not currently use the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. This means your local customs authority or delivery carrier may contact you to arrange payment before your order can be delivered.

Customs Information

To help your order clear customs smoothly, we provide the required customs information with each shipment, including product description, value and country of origin.

Please ensure your delivery address, email address and contact telephone number are correct at checkout, as these details may be used by the carrier to contact you regarding import charges or delivery arrangements.

Customs checks and import payment requests may occasionally delay delivery. These delays are outside of our control, but we will do our best to assist where possible.
