UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is £4.99, or FREE on orders over £50.
A FedEx delivery option is also available for UK orders at an additional cost of £11.99.
International Delivery
We deliver to customers across Europe, the USA, Canada and many other countries worldwide.
International delivery costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout in your local currency.
Where available, free international delivery thresholds will also be applied automatically at checkout.
International Taxes & Duties
We want ordering from Lasers Are Us internationally to be as straightforward as ordering from us in the UK.
For international orders placed through our website, applicable import taxes and customs duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
This means there should be no unexpected import tax or customs duty to pay when your order arrives.
The total cost of your order, including applicable taxes, duties and delivery charges, will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timescales
Our products are made to order and are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days.
Once your order is complete and has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and delivery service selected. Estimated delivery information will be provided at checkout where available.

Damages in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging so that we can help resolve the issue.
