Let customers speak for us
Form start to finish the compnay have been brilliant, even managing to rush us an updated order in time for our event. The Leaf Award Trophies are beautiful and the sustainability / eco credentials of the company and their poroducts was a big factor in choosing them. We have found the comany that we will use for many years to come, thank you ever so much, all round 100%. Highly recommended!
Parfait!!!
Parfait!!
You made a brilliant job of the coasters . Swift service and delivery.
I have recommended your service to 2 of my friends who want Wedding and Leeds United fan gifts.
Brilliant company to work with - they were responsive, adaptable, and provided a fast turn around. Our employees were very pleased with their awards.
Very easy to use website. Once you find what you want. You can go about customising your item. I found the tools very easy to use and was more than happy with the outcome.
I did get a little worried that I could not see a preview at checkout. But I am sure they are working on that for the future.
I would definitely use Laser Are Us again.
My coasters were beautiful. I wanted them to add to a special birthday present for a dear friend. Given that I designed them using the tools on your website. I could not have been happier. They came out just how I would have hoped.
I had trouble finding a company that could make the coasters I wanted. So I was a little late in ordering them, But I phoned customer service to see if I would receive them in time. I spoke to a lovely lady called Julie who not only checked my order. Julie then phoned me back and confirmed that would receive the order the following day. Wow!! What customer service. I will be using Laser Are Us again. And I would be happy to recommend to my friends in the future.
Great service and follow up
Great quality with sustainably sourced wood and great service! Will definitely recommend and order from them again
Excellent communication with the LAU team and the staff I spoke to by phone were particularly helpful. The order was turned around quickly, and the quality was great. Will definitely use again in the future.
We used Lasers Are Us for our Award Trophies and are very happy with the order process, the price point, quick delivery and the product itself.
Thank you
Great service and very efficient. The Awards, when they arrived, were well packaged, were well designed and exactly what we wanted

What a brilliant company to work with! I only needed a small number of trophies, but the service I received was truly exceptional. The team took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me through the design process with patience and expertise.
Their attention to detail was second to none, and they went far above and beyond my expectations to ensure everything was perfect. The finished trophies look fantastic and are of exceptional quality.
It's rare to find such a combination of excellent customer service, genuine care, and fantastic value for money. I am absolutely delighted and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
